Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority.

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

•⁠  ⁠The item has a manufacturing defect.
•⁠  ⁠The product arrived damaged.

Items must be:

•⁠  ⁠Unused
•⁠  ⁠Unwashed
•⁠  ⁠In original packaging
•⁠  ⁠With all tags attached

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued when:

•⁠  ⁠The ordered item is unavailable.
•⁠  ⁠We are unable to fulfill your order.
•⁠  ⁠A returned item passes our quality inspection.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
